Photography and Videography Liability Notice

Please be advised that by entering an Interactive Society of Nova Scotia (ISNS) event premises, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the Interactive Society of Nova Scotia (ISNS).

You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by entering the event area.

Please note that you have no rights to any compensation for any use of your image or likeness captured incident to or at this event. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by ISNS. You also acknowledge that you are not required to enter into this agreement as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event areas where photography, video recording, and audio recording are being conducted. If you have any questions or concerns about this notice, please speak with an event organizer before participating.
